With consistent steady growth, Ben is very active in the day to day operations, filling the different roles as needed, from installing to estimating, you never know where you might find him tomorrow. While he and his wife, Kelsie, own the company, he credits its success to the customers, employees, and family who have helped build it.
Growing up in Brooklyn Center & Brooklyn Park, MN, Ben spent his childhood playing sports, building things, and working with his hands. In 2016, he joined the St. Bonifacius Fire Department, inspired by a childhood neighbor who was a volunteer firefighter.
In 2020, after a 15-year career in collision repair, Ben founded Shed & Fence Co., combining his passion for craftsmanship with the skills he developed over a lifetime. When he's not working, you'll find him with Kelsie and their daughter Hallie, camping, boating, and enjoying the outdoors.
Kelsie, married to Ben, is a crucial part of The Shed and Fence Company team, contributing to various aspects of the business throughout the years. While not directly involved in fence installation, Kelsie plays a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth workflows.
In personal time, Kelsie enjoys camping, off-roading adventures, boating, traveling, reading, and watching sports. These activities provide a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle, complementing the dedication and enthusiasm brought to the company.
John is married to his wife, Krystie, and they have a son, Billy. He takes pride in his craftsmanship, especially when it comes to working with wood builds, always striving for quality and precision in everything he creates.
When he's not working, John enjoys spending time outdoors, cheering on the Minnesota Wild and Twins, and staying busy with his family. Whether he's working on a new project or making memories with loved ones, he values hard work, creativity, and the joy of building something lasting.
Curt always brings a positive and supportive attitude with him everywhere he goes.
